💸 Refund Policy

Due to the energetic nature of this work, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a session is booked and delivered. Please book mindfully and with intention.

⏳ Booking Turnaround

Once your booking is confirmed, please allow up to 24 hours for your reading to be completed. If I’m experiencing a high volume of requests or personal obligations, your reading may take up to 48 hours. I appreciate your patience and understanding—each session is crafted with care and intention.

🚫 Impersonation Warning

I will never reach out to you unsolicited for readings or offer services via unofficial accounts. If someone contacts you claiming to be me, please report and block them immediately. My services are only available through my Instagram and email or website (refer to my contact page for the correct information.)

This is a space of mutual respect. I ask that all clients approach sessions with kindness, openness, and emotional maturity. Disrespect, harassment, or rude commentary will not be tolerated. In such cases, services will be discontinued immediately, and no future bookings will be accepted.
